Meetings Every Wednesday

Notes From Previous Meeting:

• We will be having a weekly sign-in list, please sign-in each week.
• Turned in 1st check request to student services. The check will be cashed and the value distributed.
• Each week we will be having pizza and pop for card holding members only. Joey Socorro will be picking up one cheese, one pepperoni and one vegetarian pizza from Sam’s club and three 2 liters of pop from Wal-Mart. Professor Khan will let us into the faculty lounge to get ice each meeting.
• Ordered three dozen royal blue honor cords. Details in the next e-mail.
• We are looking into prizes for the best senior project. This idea was posed by Maneesh Kumar. We may be able to receive these prizes from organizations such as the FAA or US Army. Please e-mail me all suggestions.
• Showed everyone at the meeting the first order of IEEE materials that arrived earlier in the week. The second order is still in shipment and is expected in about two weeks.
• Discussed paying membership dues for under-privileged students. Will e-mail student services this week regarding this topic to see the procedure works.

Polo Shirt Order:
Professor Khan is looking into which store to order official IEEE Student Chapter Polo Shirts. They will be sold slightly above cost as a fundraiser. The decided color is Royal Blue and with Gold writing. We decided to initially ordeer:

12 large
10 XL
3 XXL
